- Complete and attach a Calendar Art Entry form to the back of each art creation
- Teacher submits all student art creations in the Energy Safety Calendar Art Contest (beginning January 2012; final deadline APRIL 1)
- Teachers can reward students with a Certificate of Recognition
- Xcel Energy Safety Calendar judges select 13 winning entries to be featured in the next school year’s calendar (one for the cover and one for each month)
- Selected winning entries are featured on thousands of calendars and displayed in classrooms
- Selected winners receive great prizes, and their school is showcased on thousands of calendars
